Delivery pricing and times

We aim to provide a fast & prompt service on all orders. You should receive your goods within 1-7 working days.  Some items may only be available for shipping in the UK only, should this be the case details of this will be indicated in the product information record.

 

Postage and packing

The price of postage is indicated below and is dependent of the Country that the order is being shipped to.  The shipping price quoted is per order regardless of the number of items ordered.

Orders placed after 3pm Friday will be processed the following Monday. Orders are not processed on bank holidays and will be processed the first working after any bank holiday.


Late delivery

If for some reason your goods have not arrived within 10 working days, please contact our Customer Services Team on 0333 222 9933 or email orders@shopnovo.co.uk and will investigate this for you.  We take care to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays do occasionally happen due to unforeseen factors and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

Order tracking and history

You can track the progress of your order via the ‘My Account’ section of the web-site if you have created an account, alternatively you can contact us by email orders@shopnovo.co.uk and we will be happy to provide you with an update on your order.

Returns Policy

If at any time, you would like to return a faulty, damaged, unwanted or incorrect product please contact our Consumer Service Advisors as you will need to obtain a returns reference number from them before you can return your item(s).

You will need to provide us with your order reference number and the reason for the return of the item.  

If you no longer require the item because you have changed your mind, returns will only be accepted if the item is in its original packaging and is unused and in a re-saleable condition.  You (the buyer) are responsible for the cost of return postage.  If any items are not returned in the condition stated above, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.  

If in the unlikely event we have shipped you the incorrect part, we will send you a prepaid label for the incorrect part to be returned and once we have received it in our warehouse we will arrange to send you the replacement part.

 

Cancelling your order or returning no longer wanted items

Once you have placed your order you will be issued with an order number and an email confirmation.  You can cancel from the day you placed the order up to 14 days after receiving the goods for any reason. We will refund the full amount paid to you within 14 days of the confirmed safe receipt of the returned goods. You will need to contact us by telephone or email to cancel your order and have your order number available. 

Unless received damaged or faulty (see below) the items returned for refund must be received by us in a re-saleable condition. If you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging. The product must not have been used. It should be complete with any accessories and/or free gifts received with the product and in its original packaging.

If the product returned is not in fully re-saleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we do reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Order shortages or items receive damaged

You must notify us of any items received damaged or items missing from an order within 3 days of receipt. Please email orders@shopnovo.co.uk or call: 0333 222 9923 with your order number and full details of the issue, you may be asked to provide photographs of any damage and packaging.

 

Faulty items

If you think your item is faulty please email orders@shopnovo.co.uk or call: 0333 222 9923 and we will arrange for the faulty item to be collected.  The manufacturer’s product guarantee terms and conditions will apply. Your statutory rights will not be affected.
